Geography
Source
The Netphe rises in the southeast part of the Rothaargebirge. Your source is located approximately 2.7 km south-east of Sohlbach ( north-east district of Netphen ), about 230 m southwest of the iron road, about 350 m north of the " gamekeeper's house Hohenroth " or about 1.4 km (distances each air line ) west of the Eder source. Course
The Netphe initially flows in a predominantly north-westerly direction - west parallel to Eder - the woodlands Rothaargebirge happened shortly after the source of the Chandler quarry meadow.
