The Neudietendorf railway station is the Thuringian town of Neudietendorf (municipality Nesse - Apfelstädt ), located 13 km southwest of Erfurt main station. History

The station was built in connection with the construction of the Thuringian Railway in 1847, initially under the name Dietendorf. With the construction of the railway Erfurt- Ilmenau he received his function as interchange. From 1967 to 1984, the station was terminus of the coming of Erfurt route electrification, before it was extended until Arnstadt.
