Nevado del Tolima
The Nevado del Tolima, named after the homonymous province, near the Nevado del Ruiz and the Nevado de Santa Isabel one of the three large volcanoes los Nevados in the Colombian National Park Parque de is located in the Cordillera Central, near the city of Manizales.

With its smooth cone shape of the Nevado del Tolima is a popular destination for mountaineers. A very early, documented ascent of the summit was held by Horst Martin and Rudolf Meinhold on January 2, 1940.
