The New Zealand national ice hockey team is the national women's hockey national team of New Zealand in the women's ice hockey. In January 2011, the team is on the 30th place of the IIHF World Ranking.

History

The New Zealand national ice hockey team of the women taking part in the 2005 World Series game on the operation of the International Ice Hockey Federation. In their first three World Cups, the Kiwis occupied respectively the second and third place Division IV

Since the divisions were III to V not played at the 2009 World Cup and 2010 due to the Winter Olympic Games in Vancouver anyway held no Women's World Cup, New Zealand denies first time in 2011 after three years a World Cup game and still occurs in the Division IV.
