Niall Matter
Niall Matter ( born October 20, 1980 in Edmonton, Alberta) is a Canadian actor, who was previously seen primarily in television roles.
Life
Niall Matter was born in October 1980 in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. He first worked for eight years on oil rigs, to fund his education at Vancouver Film School. After roles in the Canadian youth series The Best Years and Stargate Atlantis Matter was mainly through his appearance in Loch Ness - The beast from the deep unknown. In 2008 he played a role in the film Dr. Dolittle 4
From 2007 to 2012, he played the Zane Donovan in the science fiction series Eureka - The Secret City. At first only a supporting role, he went up to the beginning of the third season of the protagonist. In 2009 he also had a cameo as the character in the movie Mothman Watchmen - The Watchmen. 2011 and 2012, he starred in five episodes of The CW series 90210 youth as Gregg. In March 2012, he received the lead role of Evan Cross in the Primeval spin-off Primeval: New World.
