Nicholas Evans

Nicholas Evans ( born July 26, 1950 in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, England) is an English journalist and writer.

Life

Evans lived for a time in Africa and then studied journalism at the University of Oxford. He now lives in Devon (England). His novel, The Horse Whisperer was for many years an international bestseller and was filmed in 1998 by Robert Redford, who also plays the title role in the film.
