Nico Däbritz

Nico Däbritz ( born August 26, 1971 in Freital, East Germany ) is a former German football player and current coach. He played both in the region of the GDR Football Association (DFV ) and the German Football Association ( DFB) in the first division, and in junior national teams.

Career as a football player

Däbritz began his football career at the Sports Association (SPA) engine in the south of Dresden located Bannewitz. About the BSG steel Freital he finally came to SG Dynamo Dresden, the football center of the East Saxon area. For the 1991/92 season Däbritz moved to VfB Leipzig in the 2nd Bundesliga, where he was initially only a substitute. With the start of the 1998/99 season Däbritz switched back to the 1st Bundesliga for VfL Wolfsburg.
