Niklas Andersen ( * August 4, 1988 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a German footballer Norwegian- French descent, who is 09 since September 2012 in the SG Wattenscheid under contract.

Birth and childhood

Andersen was born in 1988, the son of Norwegian footballer Jørn Andersen and a French mother in Frankfurt am Main; at that time played Jørn Andersen at the former German Bundesliga Eintracht Frankfurt. Due to the change in his father's Niklas grew up in Dusseldorf, Hamburg, again in Frankfurt, Dresden, and in Switzerland. When his father went as a coach in 2003 returned to Germany and joined Red -Weiß Oberhausen, Niklas followed his father into the Ruhr, where the family settled down.

Career

The defender played in the youth teams of Hamburger SV Eintracht Frankfurt and FC Schalke 04 In 2005, he reached into the A- youth of Rot-Weiss Essen foot. Between December 2007 and February 2008, he also completed two brief appearances for the German U-20 national team.
