Nikolaos Xydias Typaldos

Nikolaos Xydias Typaldos (* 1826 in Kefalonia, † 1909 in Athens, also Nicolaos Xydias Typaldos ) was a Greek painter.

Typaldos was born on the island of Kefalonia and first studied painting in Italy, later he continued his studies at the École des Beaux -Arts continues. He remained in France until his return to Greece in 1890. His works are associated with the academic art. One of his best known works is titled The Dream. He died in 1909 in Athens.
