The Assyrian king (probably Mutakkil - Nusku ) described him, according to a letter from the Babylonian king ( Itti -Marduk - balatu? ) As "an unmanly Buhlknaben ". After a short reign he was driven by his brother Mutakkil - Nusku and fled to Babylonia.
