Niwot, Colorado

Niwot is a small town in Boulder County in the U.S. state of Colorado. The population was at the last census in 2010, 4006. The average income is U.S. $ 39 943 per year; Niwot thus takes on the average income of the cities in Colorado a 17th place.

After 1873, the Colorado Central Railroad extended its rail network from Boulder to the north-east, was built along the railway line in 1875 the place Niwot.
