The Nonnenbach is a left tributary of the Aschaff in the Aschaffenburg district in the Bavarian Spessart. It arises at the Schmerlenbach monastery from the confluence of the creek and Winzenheim Hohler Schmerlenbach.

Schmerlenbach
The Schmerlenbach arises from the confluence of the creek and forest cellar mountain stream. It flows to the northeast and takes the Strietbach on. It is about 2.1 km (by forest stream ), the longer and richer source water stream.
Winzenheim Hollow Brook
The 1.9 km long Winzenheim Hollow brook rises in Winzenhohl. It flows through the city north and joins the Schmerlenbach monastery with the Schmerlenbach to Nonnenbach.
Course
From the confluence of the Nonnenbach flows north. He takes on the Baschklingebach and reached Hoesbach Station. There he crosses the state road in 2307, the stretch of Main -Spessart -Bahn, as well as the route of the A 3 Then the Nonnenbach opens into the Aschaff.
