Norbert Walter ( born July 1, 1979 in Berlin ) is a former German national volleyball player.

Career

Norbert Walter played until 2001 when SCC Berlin, with whom he won the 2000 DVV Cup. He then accepted with the senior national team, in which he was active since 1999, participated in the European Championships in the Czech Republic. Then he moved within the Bundesliga for VfB Friedrichshafen, with which he took the double in 2002 and 2003 again won the DVV Cup. After the European Championships in Germany Walter went abroad. 2003/ 04 he played in Unimade Parma, the following season, also in Italy at Itas Diatec Trentino. In 2005 he moved to the Aon hotVolleys Vienna. Just a year later he went to France to Montpellier UC. 2007 was staggered Norbert Walter Knack Randstad Roeselare to Belgium before he finally hired again in 2008 in Italy by the Canadiens Mantova. With the national team he placed ninth at the 2006 World Cup in Japan.
