The Northeast Asia Trade Tower ( NEATT ) is a 305 meter tall skyscraper in the South Korean city Incheon. Designed by the architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox buildings with its height of 305 meters, the highest in Incheon South Korea. After the construction project was presented to the public in 2005, work began in 2006. Early 2010 the building reached its final height. The work on the facade were completed in summer 2010 and the building was partly released for use. Full completion was in October 2010. On the top floor at 276 meters a viewing floor exists. The tower has 68 floors of mixed use ( offices, apartments and a hotel ).

Externally similar to the structure of the Northeast Asia Trade Tower slightly that of the One World Trade Center, which is being built in New York at Ground Zero. However, the One WTC has, in contrast to the Northeast Asia Trade Tower a bit on the roof and is 541 meters far higher.

The construction of the building was given by the company Gale International in order. According to the original planning of the Northeast Asia Trade Tower should have to give the rank of the tallest building in South Korea in 2013 to the 338 meter high Parc 1 Tower A in Seoul, but this did not occur because of a settlement freeze.
