Northern-Luzon-Heroes-Hill-Nationalpark

The Northern Luzon Heroes Hill National Park is located in the province of Ilocos Sur on the island of Luzon in the Philippines. The National Park was established on 9 July 1963, an area of ​​1314 hectares in the municipalities of Santa and Greater Narvacan. The National Park is located about 24 kilometers south of Vigan City and can be reached via the coastal road.

The national park was established in honor of Gabriela Silang national heroine, who led an uprising against the Spanish sovereignty in the Ilocos Region in 1763 during the British invasion of the Philippines.
