Nuno Assis

Nuno Assis Lopes de Almeida ( born November 25, 1977 in Lousã ) is a Portuguese footballer who stands at Omonia Nicosia under contract.

The attacking midfielder started his career in the youth department of the SC Lourinhanense. 1999 signed him the FC Alverca; only a year later he moved to Gil Vicente FC. 2001 Assis went to Vitória Guimarães, where he played until January 2005.
