Nuttal & Mann's

The Saloon No.. 10 is a famous saloon in Deadwood, who achieved in particular by the murder of the Western hero James " Wild Bill " Hickok celebrity.

History

Founded in the saloon of William Nuttall and Tom Miller. On August 2, 1876 Wild Bill Hickok by Jack McCall was shot in the back while playing poker.

Originally there was the Saloon No. 10 in the Main Street # 624, but was destroyed in the great fire in 1879 down to the ground. From 1898 to 1903, the saloon was in I.H. Chase Building.

Since 1938 is the saloon on Main Street # 657, and is now a popular tourist attraction in Deadwood. The building is partly used as a museum in part as a restaurant. The saloon is by its owners also called Nuttall & Mann's.
