Obliquus capitis superior muscle

The abdominal capitis superior ( Latin for "upper oblique muscle head ", called with animals abdominal cranialis capitis ) is a skeletal muscle in the neck and is located on the back side of the head joint. He draws from the transverse process of the atlas to the skull ( occipital ridge inferior, middle third ).
