Ocoee Whitewater Center

The Ocoee Whitewater Center is a located in Polk County north of McCaysville in the U.S. state of Tennessee sports venue.

The 14,000 -seat, 210 kilometers north of Atlanta, the Sport site was the venue for the canoe slalom competitions at the Olympic Summer Games 1996. It was built specially for the games and completed in 1996. For the first time in Olympic history there was a natural course for carrying out of competitions.
