Offences Code of Russia

The Russian Code of Administrative Offences Book ( russian Кодекс Российской Федерации об административных правонарушениях, КоАП РФ ) is the Russian Strafrechtskodifikation, the various violations, which are not mentioned in the main Penal Code, regulates and punished. The Administrative Infringements Code, as amended, was adopted by the State Duma on 20 December 2001 and signed by the President of Russia on 30 December 2001. It entered into force on 1 July 2002.

Each region of Russia may adopt its own regional administrative offense laws that can punish the mentioned even in misdemeanor code violations.
