Ola Svensson

Ola Svensson ( born February 23, 1986 in Lund ), known as Ola, is a Swedish pop singer.

Biography

Ola Svensson first sought a football career and had come with 19 's to the third-class Division 1. Then he took part in the 2005 talent show Swedish Idol, where he advanced all the way to the final round. Although he completed only there as an eight -placed, he continued to pursue a singing career.

He got a record deal and his debut single, Rain was in April 2006, immediately a number -one hit. The following debut album, Given to Fly also conquered the top of the Swedish charts.

In the following years he continued his success continued at a high level. The single Natalie 2007 was another chart leader, of the five weeks at No. 1 and 11 weeks remained in the top 4 and was honored for more than 20 000 units sold platinum.
