Ole Bornedal

Hans Ole Bornedal ( born May 26, 1959 in Nørresundby Denmark ) is a Danish film director, actor and producer.

Life

Its application to the Danske Filmskole was rejected. Prior to his film work, he was a radio journalist. From 2001 to 2005 he was with Jon Stephensen director of Aveny Teatret in Copenhagen.

He became famous for the thriller Nightwatch - Nightwatch ( Nattevagten ) from 1994 From this film, he turned in 1997 and an English-language remake. ( Freeze - nightmare vigil ) with Ewan McGregor and Nick Nolte in the lead roles. He is also a director of many television films. In 1997 he produced the horror film Mimic - Attack of the killer insects. In 2012 he was the director for " Possession - The Dark in You" ( The Possession ), the American horror-thriller was produced by Sam Raimi.

Bornedal is married to Danish actress Helle Fagralid.
