Oleg Kopayev

Oleg Pavlovich Kopajew ( born November 28, 1937 in Yelets, † April 3, 2010 in Moscow) was a Soviet football player. The striker landed twice the title of the scorer of the league Wysschaja.

Club career

Kopajew began his career at Spartak Yelets, but moved at the age of 19 years to ODO Voronezh. His talents were on higher-class teams. In 1957 he was summoned to the capital Moscow and joined CSKA Moscow. In the Wysschaja league but first the breakthrough it was denied, so he joined after only one season SKVO Lviv.
