Oleh Kuznetsov Wolodymyrowytsch (Ukrainian Олег Володимирович Кузнєцов, Russian Олег Владимирович Кузнецов; born March 22, 1963 in Magdeburg ) is a former Soviet- Ukrainian football player and current football coach.

Kuznetsov began his career as a football player in 1981 in the youth team of Desna Chernihiv. From 1983 to 1990 he played for Dynamo Kiev, the then most successful club of the Soviet Union. With Dynamo Kuznetsov was 1985, 1986 and 1990, Soviet champion and 1985, 1987 and 1990 Soviet Cup winner. In the 1985/1986 season he won with his team and the European Cup Winners' Cup.

For the Soviet national team played 63 times Kuznetsov (including CIS selection) and scored one goal. He participated in the World Championships of 1986 and 1990. At the European Championship 1988, he was with the Soviet team in the finals against the eventual champions Netherlands.

In September 1990, Kuznetsov moved to Scotland to Glasgow Rangers. Already in the second game for this club, he suffered a cruciate ligament injury. Although he succeeded in spite of his injury the way back into the first team, he remained in the coming years, but only reserve players. In 1994, Kuznetsov to Israel for Maccabi Haifa, after one season he returned to the Ukraine and ended his professional career in 1997 with FK - Borisfen CSKA Kiev.

At the European Championships in Sweden in 1992 Kuznetsov played for the team in the CIS, for the Ukrainian national football team between 1992 and 1994, he completed three games.

His coaching career began Kuznetsov as assistant coach, first at CSKA Kiev, then at Dynamo Kiev. For several years, he joined the coaching staff of the Ukrainian national team and in 2006 took part in the World Cup in Germany. He currently coaches the Ukrainian U18 national team.
