Olivier Kaisen ( born April 30, 1983 in Namur ) is a former Belgian cyclist.

Olivier Kaisen drove 2003 farm team of Quick · Step - Davitamon, where he was Belgian time trial champion in the U23 class. In 2004, he then won the Chrono des Herbiers in the U23 class, in which he ever took second in the juniors in 2001.
