George Soros

The Open Society Foundations (OSF ), formerly known as the Open Society Institute (OSI ) is a group of foundations of the American billionaire George Soros, who represents the idea of ​​the open society by supporting civil society initiatives and funded political activities, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe.

Structure

Since 1994, Soros funds are coordinated by the Open Society Institute, which are located in New York, Baltimore, Brussels, Budapest, London, Paris, and Washington.
