OpenNTPD

OpenNTPD is a Unix system service that synchronizes with the help of the Network Time Protocol ( NTP), the clocks of computer systems with a reliable and accurate time source.

OpenNTPD is being developed as part of the OpenBSD project by Henning Brauer. The design goals include that it is safe to configure before an exploit, easy and accurate enough for most purposes, and can be passed with source code, which is under the BSD license.

The portable version is updated, as with OpenSSH as a sub- project, the source code complemented with the necessary changes and published separately. The portable version is maintained by Darren Tucker.
