Oradea Transport Local

The Oradea Transport Local R. A. - Abbreviated OTL, Hungarian Nagyváradi Helyi Közszállítási Vállalat - is the urban transport companies in the Romanian city of Oradea. It operates five tram and bus fourteen lines.

Tram

History

On March 16, 1906 three lines took over the business at the time the sign of modernization standing city. The network has steadily increased in the 1950s were up to eleven lines go. Presence

Core of today's tram network forms a ring route around the city center, which is traveled at three branches by the lines or leave. Lines with the letter N ( for Rumanian. Oradea is the first and only city in Romania, operating in the modern low-floor trams. In the years 2008/ 09 ten vehicles of the type Siemens ULF were purchased. The tram fleet will be completed by hand acquired Tatra cars from Germany. They replaced the worn-out cars from the socialist era, most notably the large-capacity type trains Timiş2. Bus
