Orazio Benevoli

Orazio Benevoli (* April 19, 1605 in Rome, † June 17, 1672 ) was an Italian conductor and composer.

Life

Orazio Benevoli was the son of from Lothringen confectioner Robert Vernouot. François -Joseph Fétis and Robert Eitner, however, to give in their music encyclopedias that Orazio Benevoli was a natural son of Duke Albert of Lothtringen.
