Orosco Anonam

Orosco Anonam ( born June 15, 1979) is a Nigerian footballer who is a citizen of Malta since 2005.

Orosco came in 1998 for Maltese football club Naxxar Lions and immediately became a regular player and top scorer at the club. After two successful seasons, he joined the Maltese record champions Sliema Wanderers, where he played very successfully the next 8 years. In between, he was loaned out in the 2001/ 02 season from top Hungarian club Vasas SC Budapest. There, however, he could not prevail, and went to disappointed season back to Sliema Wanderers. A short time later, the Cypriot top club APOEL Nicosia registered his interest in him and so he was given there. There, however, he was never used and so he went after a year back to Malta. There he played until 2008 again successful for Sliema Wanderers, rather he moved to Floriana FC for season 2008/ 09. For the national team, he played at least 4 matches in 2005, has since then but no longer used.
