Osaka Municipal Subway

The subway Osaka (Japanese大阪 市 営 地下 鉄, Osaka shiei chikatetsu, dt Urban Subway Osaka ) operates the metro network the third largest Japanese city of Osaka. Its first line was opened on 20 May 1933 by Yodoyabashi after Shinsaibashi under the name Midosuji. It currently consists of 125.4 km route length with 121 stops.

Trains run from 5 clock in the morning and about midnight. Night trains do not exist. The clock speed of the trains varies from 2 -minute intervals during peak hours to 7 -minute intervals to less frequented hours.
