Osaka Popstar

Osaka Popstar is a punk rock supergroup that formed in 2006 on the initiative of the director and longtime confidant John Cafiero Misfits. It consists of veterans known New York punk bands of the 1970s and 1980s and is based on the aesthetics of comics, especially Japanese anime whose heroes like Sailor Moon and Astro Boy the subject of lyrics of the group.
