Osiel Cárdenas Guillén

Osiel Cardenas ( born May 18, 1967 in Matamoros ) is a Mexican criminals and former leader of the Gulf cartel.

Osiel Cardenas is the brother of Ezequiel Cárdenas Guillén.

On 14 March 2003 Osiel Cardenas was arrested in a shootout with the Mexican military. At the time he was one of the FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitives and was on him a bounty of $ 2,000,000 exposed.
