The Osogowogebirge ( Bulgarian Осогово? / I or Осоговска планина / Osogowska planina mazedon. Осогово / Osogovo ) rises in southwestern Bulgaria and the north- east of the Republic of Macedonia.

With 2251 meters is the Ruen ( Руен ) the highest peak and one of the 100 national tourist objects in Bulgaria.
