The Ospika River is a tributary of Lake Williston Lake in the Canadian province of British Columbia.

The Ospika River rises in the Muskwa Ranges, the northern section of the Rocky Mountains. It flows in a south-southeast direction mainly through the mountains and finally empties into the Ospika arm, the estuary of the river at the lower portion of the Finlay Reach, the North Arm of Williston Lake. The Ospika River flowed before the impoundment of the Peace River in the source river Finlay River. The length of the Ospika River is about 120 km. At the level above Aley Creek, the mean outflow of Ospika River is 41 m³ / s The most important tributary is the McCusker Creek from the left.
