The Ossipee River is a right tributary of the Saco River in the U.S. states of New Hampshire and Maine.

The Ossipee River forms the outflow of 13 km ² Ossipee Lake in Carroll County in eastern New Hampshire. It flows through the beginning of the small lakes Broad Bay, Leavitt Bay and Berry Bay. The Ossipee River flows over a total distance of 29 km in an easterly direction south of Freedom to Maine, in the places Porter and Cornish past and finally flows into the Saco River. The New Hampshire Route 25 in Maine and the Maine State Route 25 follow the river. In Kezar Falls, a village in the Town of Porter, two weirs located along the river. At the bottom there is a hydroelectric power plant with a capacity of 1 MW. The river drains an area of ​​1157 km ². Important tributaries of the Ossipee Lake are Bear Camp River and Pine River.
