Otar Martzwaladse (Georgian ოთარ მარცვალაძე; * July 14, 1984 in Tbilisi, Georgian SSR) is a Georgian football player. In his youth, and the first professional years he played at the capital club WIT Georgia Tbilisi. From 2006 to 2009 he played in the second team Dynamo Kiev. For the 2009 season, he joined the Russian Anzhi Makhachkala to 1st Division. There he became the top scorer and was instrumental to the rise of clubs in the Premjer League at the end of the season with.

He plays as a striker since 2006 in the Georgian national football team.
