The language called Utoro, also Ditoro, Kavama, Kavarma or Litoro, is the language of Kordofanian Otoro, which is spoken in Sudan.
It belongs to the group of Talodi - Heiban languages within the Niger -Congo language family. It has only 10,000 speakers - a downward trend as more and more speakers take the prescribed by the Sudanese Government Standard Arabic as their native language. However, the language uses the Latin alphabet.
