Otoro Nuba people

The Otoro live in Sudan to the southeast of the Nuba Mountains in the area of Otoro Hill and among those black African nations, which are grouped under the name " Nuba ".

Their population is around 10,000 ( as of 2001), most of whom are not Muslim. The language of Otoro Nuba is also called Otoro and belongs to Heiban subgroup of Kordofanischen languages.
