Otto Cordes

Otto Cordes ( born August 31, 1905 in Magdeburg, † December 24, 1970 in São Paulo ) was a German swimmer and water polo player.

At the Olympic Games in Amsterdam in 1928, he was with the German water polo team Olympic champion, four years later, he won at the Games in Los Angeles again the silver medal in water polo. The basis of the German water polo team then set his home club SC Magdeburg Hellas.
