Out-of- State Plates is the fourth album by American band Fountains of Wayne. This is not a regular studio album, but a compilation consisting of all published by 2005 B-sides, only on compilations or not previously released songs and two new songs. The recordings will therefore be measures of 1994, when the band still had a different name and played in another formation until 2005.

Although out-of -state plates composed almost entirely of material that did not make it to the previous albums, most of the reviews were positive. Their B-sides and rarities are better than 95 percent of most bands, it was about on CNN Online.

No song was officially released as a single, but the new piece Maureen went as a promo CD with a title on the radio stations.
