The Estacio Intermodal de Palma ( also Estacio Intermodal - Plaça de Espanya ) is an underground railway terminus in Palma de Mallorca. The station is the terminus of Serveis Ferroviaris de Mallorca and the Metro de Palma.
History
The station was opened on 1 March 2007 and replaced the decoupled from the rail network on 16 August 2005 old terminus of the SFM in Palma, in its place, the station was built. The construction costs were estimated at 90 million euros. On March 25, 2007, the Metro de Palma could be taken from Plaça de Espanya to the university campus in operation. About the station of the Parc de les Estacions was built. The additions made through these and the Plaça de Espanya. Plant
The station has three underground floors. The first basement floor serves as a distributor and has various facilities such as a cafeteria, but also the safety barriers. Subway
