Panaquire is a village in the state of Miranda, Venezuela. It is located in the district Acevedo. Approximately 5110 live there.

Panaquire was founded in 1733 by Canarians. However, the ancestors of most of the inhabitants were predominantly black Africans.

The economy Panaquire is still connected to the cocoa farming.
