Panavia Aircraft GmbH

The Panavia Aircraft GmbH was founded on 1 May 1969 with the objective for the multi-role combat aircraft MRCA, the later Tornado, to take over the "System Management". Seat Panavia Aircraft GmbH is the Hallberg moss in the Upper Bavarian district of Freising.

Company structure

The Panavia Aircraft GmbH today is comprised of the following investments together: 15% Alenia, EADS and BAE Systems, Germany 42.5% 42.5%. Panavia Aircraft GmbH is Managing Director of Dr. Welf Werner - Degel.
