Pareherwenemef

Paraherwenemef was a son of the ancient Egyptian King Ramses II and his queen Nefertari. He was the second son of this union, and the third son of the ruler. He is known from a statue and is presented in battle reliefs of the ruler, as well as lists of the children of the ruler. Accordingly, he went through a military career and was " commander of the troops of the king " and later " Inspector General of the Army" and " supreme commander of the army." Although his older brother probably died Amunherchepeschef shortly after the 25th year of the reign of Ramses II, Paraherwenemef never was crown prince, because the next oldest son, Ramses lived until the 50th year of the reign of Ramesses II and Paraherwenemef died apparently before.
