Parelli Natural Horsemanship

Parelli Natural Horse - Man-Ship, also known as Parelli or PNH, is a program that will teach natural contact with domestic horses. The scientifically evaluated program goes back to the horse trainer Pat Parelli.

The program

Parelli Natural Horse - Man-Ship is a program designed to teach a natural approach to communicating with horses. It is based on the natural behavior of horses in order to win the trust and respect of the horses in the horse -human relationship. History

The former rodeo rider Parelli developed his training program especially on mules. He was one of the first, with its program name and turned to a broad public and established training programs for horses as a brand. Parelli succeeded to become known worldwide and expand horse training into an industry with the program. Parellis Natural Horsemanship now operates worldwide, trains trainers, publishes books, videos and large quantities of merchandise. Today, the Americans attracts thousands as well in England as it is the main attraction of the largest horse show in Australia. The Humane Society of the United States gave Parelli because of its program, the award as a human horse man of the year 2009.

Nate Bowers has completed in collaboration with Parelli to Preparatory Exercises for driving horses in Natural Horsemanship program. Meanwhile, the program is also used occasionally to other animal species, such as Elephants.
