Pascal Hervé

Pascal Hervé ( born July 13, 1964 in Tours, France ) is a former French cyclist. His career began in 1994 and ended in 2001.

Hervé was a complete racer that dealt in both hilly and flat terrain. His greatest successes came in tours. He won numerous stages, but also mountain and points ratings.

Doping

For the first time Hervé was involved in a doping case, as the Festina affair in 1998 took its course. He was been part of the excluded teams. During the trial, to Hervé confessed last defendant his doping use. He was then locked until the end of March 2001. But already at the Giro d' Italia of the same year he tested positive and excluded from the race. This offense finished simultaneously Hervé's career.
