Patnos (Armenian Բադնոց, transliteration: Badnoc ' or Patnoc '; Kurdish: Panos ) is a town and a district in Turkey. It belongs to the province of Ağrı and is located in Eastern Anatolia. Patnos is located in the south of the province and borders the provinces of Bitlis, Muş and Van. The district has 122 231 inhabitants Patnos, the city 62 068 (2008 ).

In Patnos is the Urartian ruins Anzavurtepe.
