Patricia Wettig
Patricia Wettig ( born December 4, 1951 in Cincinnati, Ohio ) is an American actress.
Life and career
She grew up in Grove City, Pennsylvania and studied acting at Temple University in Philadelphia and Ohio Wesleyan. For a time she worked as a personal Einkleiderin the actress Shirley MacLaine to earn their livelihood.
In 1980 she joined the New York 's Circle Repertory Company and appeared in numerous plays. In 1982 she learned during her participation in the play A Streetcar Named Desire, the actor, director and producer Ken Olin, whom she married shortly thereafter. The two now have two children.
In 1984, Patricia Wettig act in film and television. She has guest starred in Remington Steele, St. Elsewhere and Practice - The lawyers. Her role in the series The Best Years earned her a Golden Globe Award and three Emmys. For movies they made films like City Slickers and City Slickers 2
From 2002 to 2004 she was part of the cast of the series Alias - The agent that was produced by her husband. After that, she played a recurring role on Prison Break and was from 2006 the main cast who also produced by her husband and now-defunct series Brothers & Sisters.
