Patrick Jahn

Patrick Jahn ( born February 22, 1983 in Berlin -Köpenick ) is a former German football player.

The defensive player Jahn went through from 1989, the youth teams of the 1st FC Union Berlin in his hometown before he in 2000 joined Energie Cottbus in the year, for the second team Jahn first time took in the Oberliga West in 2001.
